For full-service planning, we recommend reaching out [12–18 months] before your wedding whenever possible. Partial Planning and Wedding Management may be available on shorter timelines depending on our calendar.

We’ll review your date, location, planning needs, and the details you’ve shared. If we’re available and believe we may be a good fit, we’ll invite you to schedule an initial consultation.
After our conversation, we’ll recommend the appropriate level of support and create a personalized proposal.

Full-Service Planning is designed for couples who want us leading the process from the beginning.
Partial Planning is best for couples who have already completed some of the planning but want professional guidance and support bringing everything together.

Wedding Management is designed for couples who are comfortable planning their celebration but want an experienced team to take over the final coordination and execution.
We step in before the wedding, review what you've planned, connect with your vendor team, finalize timelines and logistics, and lead the celebration from behind the scenes.

There are too many moving pieces to responsibly take over a celebration on the day itself. Stepping in earlier allows us to understand your plans, coordinate your vendors, and prepare for a seamless execution.

Our Wedding Management service begins before the wedding day.
No. Our planning fee covers our professional planning and coordination services.
Venue, catering, photography, florals, rentals, entertainment, and other wedding vendors are contracted separately unless otherwise stated in your proposal.
